He serves our school as a Physical Education/Health Teacher but often goes the extra mile to ensure that our students learn wellness and health tips that will benefit them in the future. In addition, he coaches our Boys Basketball and Boys Track Team. Mr. Priebe is also a team player by assisting other coaches as needed. He is a intricate part of our school family.

Cumberland County Schools' Mentor Of The YearDuring the Cumberland County Schools’ Mentor Appreciation Breakfast on January 24, Roy L. Mayhew was announced as the 2018 Mentor of the Year!  The school social worker at Luther “Nick” Jeralds Middle School was selected from eight other nominees who have worked to make a difference in the life of a child by mentoring Cumberland County School students.

ATTENTION STUDENT ATHLETES:  All students interested in playing sports at Luther Nick Jeralds Middle must register with Arbiter Athlete.  Below is the standard link where students and parents can create their profile and then select the school to which they will be attending.

  • Follow the step by step instructions.
  • An arbiter account has to be created for the Parent and student athlete.

Registration Must be completed prior to trying out for any sport.
