Tomorrow, we start week 2 here at our school, and we are excited to continue the momentum as we progress towards our theme, ascend, rising to new heights of excellence.  We ask that you please remember these important reminders.  School begins each day at 7:30 AM.  Our doors will open to students at 7 AM.  Parents, only clear or mesh backpacks are permitted.  Students who did not have the proper backpack were assigned one.  Please ensure that your scholar follows these expectations.  Students may bring water bottles that are clear and plastic only.  In accordance to the Cumberland County schools no electronic device policies, all cell phones and electronic devices must remain powered off and stored throughout the school day.  This week, we will kick off our attendance week Every Second Counts.  Spirit weekdays have been shared online in our school app and on social media.  Tomorrow is Tracking Our Attendance.  Students are encouraged to wear sweatsuits or tracksuits.  All spirit weekdays must be followed in accordance with our school dress code policy.  From our athletic department, fall sports tryouts will begin, starting September the 1st.  Tryout days will be posted for students in school.  Students must meet all eligibility requirements to participate in tryout.  Tryouts will be from 3 to 4:30.
